Zipper skirt (XS)

This vintage skirt is so cute!! I added a zipper to it so it can be styled in multiple ways! I even put it on the mannequin as a strapless dress and it looked cute!

Elastic waist stretches and measures 24" relaxed and 28" at comfortable stretch
