TAYLOR'S Leather cross mini skirt

I LOVE this skirt belt thing, not sure what to call it!

It is made with really yummy thick, yet soft, leather and can be worn forward or backwards depending on the look you are going for! 

It is adjustable and measures: 29" as smallest and 36" at largest
