When i first met Josie and saw her walk i knew i wanted to put her in a skirt with a ton of movement, she is a very "dancer" walk!
It was made using a vintage thick wool scarf. Each zipper piece was added to the hem to give it movement! The closure is a zipper and a tie waist band, made from a repurposed velvet scarf.
