The skirt itself is made using black Nylon material (same material Prada uses). I found the entire roll of fabric 100+ yards at Seattle Recreative. A local store art thrift store.
The waist band is a repurposed chicos stretch blouse.
The details read "never trust a clown" which was hand-chain-stitches using a 100 year old chain stitch machine.
