NEVER TRUST A CLOWN set

This was a vintage Y2K long suit jacket i completely changed into a skirt and cropped jacket!

Added a zipper detail to both the top and bottom, added a waistband made from a repurposed Chicos blouse, and pleated fabric in the slit!

 This set is 1 of 1 and nobody else will have one like it!

Top is S/M and skirt waistband fits 27-30" waist
