This skirt is made using black nylon/elastic fabric that does NOT bleach. Making it the perfect skirt for HAIR DRESSERS! This fabric is deadstock and i found it at a second hand craft store here in Seattle. I have enough fabric to make 2 of these skirts!
The stretch drawstrings can be synched up to your desired length!
Waist band is elastic with a drawstring to adjust size easily!
